Our mission is to empower business and enhance the economy
We believe great companies are built by good people who never stop thinking of ways to improve their businesses. In the Information Age, productivity is seldom measured in widgets, and ingenuity and creativity aren’t things you can simply order.
Worker disengagement costs the UK £340 billion every year in lost productivity (equivalent to 9% of GDP), either through sick days, lower performance levels, or lost creativity.

Jon Grant
Managing Partner
20 year career in finance, holding Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer positions across HSBC, The Bank of England, and UBS. Holds an LLM in International Economic Law and an MBA, with specialisms in organisational design, managing for creativity, conduct and culture.
